Aurea first joined the Light Opera of Portland in 2016.  She performed with the troupe  in HMS Pinafore (Ensemble and Flute accompanist), The Gondoliers (Ensemble) and Student Prince (Countess and Nicola).  After a several year hiatus, she is back on stage with LOoP.  She enjoys theatre of all types and can be found onstage throughout West Portland.  Favorite roles include Elephant in Elephant and Piggie, We are in a Play (Beaverton Civic Theatre), Gina Jo in Dearly Beloved (Mask and Mirror), and Bonnie in American Cupcake (HART). She also sings with the Oregon Chorale and cantors at her church.  When not on stage, she loves to play board games and get outdoors with her family.
